we are child of God & we are here to have very unique human experience for the unfoldment of our soul in a very physical way with this mind, body & illusions over truths........................

it is Light..............It is Reality......it is Truth....I am learning to forgive.......i do not blame & i do not try to judge.......forgiveness helps me to keep me present  in this moment .......Forgiveness Gives me more peace & more stability & more lightness.......more reason to keep me in flow..........
it starts from me but for me ,sometimes it is hard to forgive......but   i move with a  belief in my mind that it is real, Let Go..let go..& let go....... 

Questions ? the only practice that helps me to become the master of my mind is Inquries.....becoz.....Creative thought Energy is very swift...i direct it by these inquries...for this practice i use my willpower & awareness......... 1. I keep asking myself What are you attracting right Now Shaily ? becoz Attention is Attraction................... 2. what are you observing right now Shaily? i Focus to live fully aware of the present moment of Now....becoz Focus is Flow....... 3.Are you in flow or making it (my creative thought energy) in Flow ? i use my will power to directs my creative thought energy...... 4.Shaily, Are you fully present in this present moment of Now? becoz you can only act & Live in this moment of Now.........All is happening beautifully in this present moment of Now................... Keep exploring..................... &............ Evolving....................Shaily Namaste
