Do you believe in the evolution of human consciousness?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 18, 2008:
Human conciousness is tuned at highest level among all living creatures.
all living creatures live with devloped (or tuned) conciousness at some certain degree(or
all living creatures live with devloped (or tuned) conciousness at some certain degree(or
Meter).
Supreme Conciousness(God) has tuned all these individual conciousness according to the different bodies.
extra power we have is we can check & evolve (change for good) our conscience .
But we have to work within our limitations.
Conciousness is the symptom of spirit soul & move around it, just like we found smoke around the fire.
