Is your mind a safe place to be?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 18, 2008:
I don't Mind........Because it always try to replay...........
First of all we are not mind or we are not live in Mind.it is a tool God has given us
to enjoy this world with the help of it.
Yes it is safe............ if not i make it slave or safe throgh intelligence, inquiery, by becoming an observer of it.
i keep checking my awarness.
it is said that "our greatest battle is with our own minds"
what i have read about mind is ........
mind is the source of ideas, demands & emotions. if we do not control the mind then it will control us. we will follow its ideas, plans & demand and become subjected to outcome.
it is the master of all our senses, we can control our activities through contolling the mind.
"if the mind is in control it is the best friend in the world & if it is out of control it is greatest enemy of self"
